Gratitude is failing people with health challenges for a reason.

Because practicing gratitude IS NOT the best way to get started with gratitude.

❌ Saying thank you.

❌ Making lists.

❌ Saying affirmations.

Don’t get me wrong. These are all great. But if simply doing that worked, then why do 75% of people with some type of chronic illness say that they love the concept of gratitude but they can never get it to stick?

🤷‍♀️ Why is that?

It’s because cutting back is the best way to grow.
