We could talk about this for days. And this is definitely a student favorite in my 12week group coaching program. And here’s why.

We think that good health is the absence of disease. Let me say this differently. We think that if we do not have a disease, then we are healthy.

What they don’t teach us, anywhere, unless we look for it, is how a disease actually happens in the body.

WHAT IF... we were to flip this upside down and instead, create a lifestyle of healthy factors so that you can activate true health from within, and minimize the chance of getting a disease?
